A deficiency in Vitamin D3 can lead to a predisposition to depression, mood swings, and sleep disturbances. Vitamin D3 promotes the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the body and helps maintain normal calcium levels in the blood. Vitamin D3 helps maintain bone and dental health.
