ICONFIT Beta-Alanine is an amino acid that is synthesized in the liver, but can also be ingested through the diet, with animal-based foods such as beef and chicken. After ingestion, beta-alanine combines with histidine in skeletal muscles and other organs to form carnosine. Beta-alanine promotes the synthesis of carnosine in the body, which helps prevent the increase in acidity in muscles during exercise and thus reduces muscle fatigue. By using Beta-alanine you can achieve maximum training results and higher strength and endurance goals. Beta-alanine has been shown to improve muscle endurance during high-intensity workouts lasting 1-10 minutes.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Beta-alanine helps the body produce carnosine, which acts as a buffer for natural lactic acid in the muscles.
